Mastermind: How it works

Curated founder groups that involve a 12-month commitment, regular monthly check-in meetings, and two retreats a year (winter and summer) to build a trusted group of people. Group size ranges from 5 to 8 founders.

Conversations will be hosted online on a monthly basis, at a time of day that works for the group. These conversations operate under the Chatham House Rule.

A Discord channel will be set up for the group and you will be invited to Eigenspace events hosted throughout the year.

Retreats are designed to provide an opportunity to bring in a speaker or two and have 24-48 hours of shared experience over meals and activities.

Format summary:

Monthly 1.5 hour session online with structured conversation.
Two retreats (March/June) that are based around an activity with time to build connection through shared experiences.
End of year event in November/December that will center around a dinner in a Canadian city (TBD).

Starting end if January 2023.

Group activities

Winter Activity: Skiing in BC

Hosted over a 48 hour period at a ski hill in BC, we will stay and ski a couple days, share stories while having structured conversation around two dinners. A guest speaker will also be invited.

Dinner/Breakfast and 3 nights accommodation is included. Breakfast will be provided in the host condo.

Accommodations vary on group size - all condos are pretty nice.

Summer Activity: Exploring Georgian Bay

Hosted over a 48 hour period on Georgian Bay, we will explore the islands from Honey Harbour to Point Au Baril with stops at Henry's and the Ojibwa Club as well as Kill Bear Provincial Park and Franklin Island.

Some meals and 2 nights accommodation is included. Accomodations vary on group size - all condos are pretty nice.

End of year event: Dinner

We will pick a Canadian city as a group (Montreal, Calgary, Halifax, Vancouver, or Toronto) and host a dinner and structure a conversation.

A guest speaker local to the city we choose will be invited.
